The Village Experience.

Going around in the country side tells you many things, and one being the people you talk to are also getting aware with the time, but wheather this awareness is really helping them is still a thing of future. My travel to these far -flung places had one aimbition and that is of inteacting with them on a very personal level and understanding there problem and may be then discussing these problems in different forums to find solutions. Since i am new to these social gatherings but i sometime donot understand the purpose of these gatherings and their outcomes. A problem with immediate solutions is the best way of resolving an issue but if you politicise it , it starts gathering dust and remains isolated for a long time till a lot of hue and cry is made of the situations. The villagers go through many challenges on regular basis and the source of income drives them to cities for better pastures. The villages remain neglected, everything is left on the nature where the presence of govt is almost invisible. A firm action on the ground will involve people localy and they would then not get to cities in the search of income. I see lot of villagers going through a phase of mediocarcy where nothing happens on time or has no committment value. They remain a mute witness to these activities never playing an  instrumental role. There are few those who are motivated and have learned to deal with the failures of life are the one who are really trying hard to make an impact. The people here are not in hurry, they donot want to achieve anything , no vision and view of for future can give nothing and expect nothing from the state or anyone else. I donot like to sound pessimistic right now but thats the reality , may be i have not met people who are go getters and acheivers, but the way we are moving there is enough space for loosers and winners in our society and you can remain aloof from the development or be a part of the development it is exclusively your personal choice.
